Step block state
StepBlockState refers to a block object with detailed step information.
A block is rendered in XML as a <block> element. Since step block cannot contain child blocks the step block will only contain steps.

Attributes
- id
- The ID of the block
- state
- The current state of the block:
PENDING,EXECUTING,STOPPED,FAILING,FAILED,ABORTING,ABORTEDorDONE. - description
- Textual description of the block.
- current
- When the block started executing, it contains the number of the active step. If the block is not started yet, the value will be 0.
